The best addon for sending a web page to Kindle which I've found "Send to Kindle".

It can send the selected page directly into reader. Compared to Instapaper, the advantage is the possibility to add the sent pages into your collections. You can send it by keyboard shortcut.
Send Later
It collects articles and sends them on demand, not directly. Sending is possible on a new empty tab by clicking on the addon icon.
